Hotel Policies

  • Standard Check-In Time is 12:00 Noon.
  • Standard Check-Out Time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early Check-In & Late Check-Out is subject to availability and will be chargeable as per the discretion of the hotel.
  • Government approved ID’s (with address proof) is mandatory for all check-in guests.
  • We do not operate a lift in the hotel due to the construction style. You would need to climb stairs to reach your rooms.
  • Accommodation may be extendable on pro-rata basis subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent, inappropriate activity and under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations resulted from a mistake or error.
  • GST applicable will be as per the Government of India regulations. Any increase in government levies will be extra.
  • Power back-up doesn’t support A.C & Geysers. In a very unlikely event of a power cut at night between 11 pm to 6 am, we do not run the generator due to the noise generated in the area.
  • To conserve water and save electricity, we have installed independent 25 litre geysers in each room. Generally, the heating time of water to reach 60-70 degrees Celsius is around 20 minutes however in winters due to the extreme cold water inlet, this time increases to about 30 to 40 minutes.
  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Smoking is not allowed in public areas.
  • Arms and Ammunitions are strictly prohibited in hotel premises.
  • Outside food is not allowed in hotel premises.
  • Minimum age for Check-In is 18 years.
  • It is mandatory for any Non-Resident Indians/Foreigners to produce their passport at check-in.
  • We use solar power heaters to heat water as part of our sustainability initiative.
  • Parking is free of charge for all guests but at owner’s risk. Hotel will not be liable for any damages.
  • All disputes subject to Kullu Jurisdiction.

Maximum Occupancy

  • Semi Deluxe & Deluxe A.C Room: Maximum 3 Adults or 2 Adults with two children below 5 years would be allowed per room.
  • Family Room: Maximum 5 Adults or 4 Adults with two children below 5 years would be allowed per room.
  • Maximum of one extra mattress would be permitted per room.

Cancellation Policy

FIT Travellers
  • 48 hours prior to reservation, Free Cancellation
  • Within 48 hours to reservation, Full Retention is applicable.
Groups
  • 1 month prior to reservation, Free Cancellation
  • Within 1 month to reservation, Full Retention is applicable

Refund Policy

  • In case of a cancellation, the refund amount, as per the cancellation policy, will be processed within 7-10 days working from the date of initiation of the process, via online payment.
  • A 3.5% service charge will be levied on the amount paid incase a refund has to be made as transaction fee even if the booking is under free cancellation period.
  • The refund will be processed in the bank account given by the guest after the cancellation of the booking.

Pet Policy

  • Hotel reserves the right to allow pets. Only small pets below 15 pounds will be allowed, 1 pet in a room.
  • A non- refundable fee of Rs. 500/- per night will be applicable as pet charges.
  • In the event of any loss, damage, nuisance or any other mishap caused to the hotel, pet owner shall be liable for such an occurrence and shall fully compensate the hotel for the same.
  • Guest agrees that if my pet bites another pet /resident/guest/staff in the hotel, they will be liable to pay for treatment, loss of income due to injury, mental trauma, cost of damaged personal belongings, instance: – torn clothing, chewed handbags, shoes, glasses etc.
  • Guest agrees not to bring in any pet in the hotel and/or rooms without the prior approval of hotel.
  • Guest agrees to abide by the pet policy of the hotel whereby pets are not be allowed in the lobby, restaurants and public areas.
  • Guest agrees to be present in the room when the hotel staff is required to service the room/ any in room dining services are expected.
  • Guest will not leave Pet in room balcony.
  • If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed during stay or after check-out, the guest agrees to pay any additional charge to cover the costs of repair or cleaning
  • Guest shall solely and entirely be responsible for all damages; loss and injury caused to any property or person in the hotel by my pet and shall indemnify and keep indemnified and hold harmless Hotel Amit and the staff from all claims, losses, damages that may be filed against Hotel Amit
  • Any excretory related messes in the room / neighbourhood / public areas shall be guest’s responsibility and they alone shall be responsible for picking up all pet waste.
  • The pet shall not be le unattended in the room at any time.
  • Guest further represents and warrant that the pet has been vaccinated/ inoculated and is free from ticks and any other infection and will not be a health hazard to anyone that the pet comes in contact with (All vaccination reports to be kept handy).
  • Any damage to the room/furnishing caused by the pet(s) shall be guest’s responsibility. Guest completely understands that loud pet(s) / excessive barking is not tolerated in the hotel premises and that they may be asked to vacate in case the pet become/s a nuisance to the other guests/occupants of the hotel
  • In the event of non-compliance of any of the aforesaid conditions, the permission to keep the pet shall be revoked by the hotel and the guest shall abide by the decision of the management of the hotel.
  • No pet items such as leash, cage, bowl and sleeping mattress will be provided by the hotel.
